After lifestyle research, data was obtained, 11% of women consumed junk food, 6.2% vegetarians, 14.96% consumed spicy foods and 60.62% consumed all three types of food[3].

In addition, 59% of women did not undergo treatment 26% used antibiotics 10.25% underwent hormone replacement therapy and 4.75% used antibiotics and hormone replacement therapy. 21.26% of them experienced depression 24.401% had a workload of 1.6% experiencing depression and workload while 52.73 had no specific cause of hormonal imbalance [3].2. From some of the examples above it can be concluded that stress is able to affect hormonal imbalances therefore managing stress is one of the most recommended ways to maintain hormonal balance related to efforts to normalize reproductive function in women [6].4. Enough rest
